
The Institute:
- aims to lead in responsibly harnessing generative AI to enhance teaching, learning, and scholarship,
- supports the faculty in effectively leveraging generative AI technologies to provide transformative learning, experiences that develop students' critical thinking skills,
- advises on policies for equitable student AI access and upholds academic integrity and ethics, and
- promotes transparent, bias-aware AI uses that enrich insights, expand accessibility, and prepare health sciences students to utilize these technologies in future practice.
